ACTION SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

This Photography Agreement is entered into between Dash Photography (“Photographer”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Photographer agrees to provide candid action sports photography during the scheduled game or event.

• Client will receive 5–10 edited digital action photos per player

• Photos will be delivered digitally via online gallery or download link

• Photo selection and editing style are at the Photographer’s discretion

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• Total cost per player: $35

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking

• The remaining balance of $15 is due by game day

• Failure to pay the remaining balance by game day may result in no photo delivery

3. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

The $20 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Player absence

• Weather conditions

• Limited play time

The deposit covers time, preparation, and reserved availability.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• If the game is canceled by the league or school, the Photographer will attempt to reschedule when possible.

• If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be credited to a future game (no cash refunds).

5. PHOTO DELIVERY

• Edited photos will be delivered within 3–5 business days

• No RAW or unedited images will be provided

6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• Photographer retains full copyright to all images

• Client receives personal-use rights only

• Photos may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission

• Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise requested in writing

7. LIABILITY

Photographer is not responsible for:

• Missed shots due to player positioning, limited play time, or game conditions

• Injuries, weather delays, or venue restrictions

8. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this contract.
